The Blog is Still Alive

While I was studying everyone was telling me how hard is working life, I find it hard to believe, what so hard when you get money at the end of the month? Fact is that, there's so much responsibilities and stress involved. If you've done a good job, people around you may get jealous and said you always 'shoe shine' and act as the manager's pet and if you did a bad job people would say you're useless and lazy. Also the money do come in but also do go out because of the amount of commitment we are bound to. 

In all life isn't easy. But still have to go on. Such a lame statement. 

Some people think that creating fear would raise the level of motivation however sorry to say that you must go back to basics go study the behaviour book, different level of employees performance is based on different type of rewards given. Of course people like me, you give me monetary incentive and equivalent I would be highly motivated but for those who is already sited high up, they seek for status and things that money doesn't pay. 

Myself, I'm always motivated if I have something to look forward which is holidays. Imagine, I've only worked near 3 years and I'm already getting fedup of the corporate world with the amount of politics involve, whether it's a large company or a small one, people just won't shut their mouth but gossip up to the roof. I'm one of them, I'm aware. 

If you ask me where's my current interest, I would say, I don't know. I thought I love advertising but in fact when I'm in it and the level of stress is really hard to cope at times. I guess I still love art crafts and designing stuffs somehow these gave me a sense of satisfaction of my work. 

Till then I shall blog again when I'm not tied up with forever unfinished works.
